2. Safe use of fragrances and diffusers
- Always keep products out of reach of children and pets.
- Do not place diffusers or refills on delicate surfaces or near open flames.
- Do not ingest the products.
- In case of contact with eyes, rinse thoroughly with water and consult your doctor.
3. Orders and payments
- By placing an order, you confirm that your details are correct and that you are of legal age.
- Orders are only processed after receipt of full payment.
4. Deliveries
- We offer home delivery or in-store pickup, depending on your selection at checkout.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by courier.
5. Returns and Claims
- You have 14 calendar days from receipt to return unused, unopened products in their original packaging.
- To request a return, please email us at hola@hermozia.es , including your order number.
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, except in the case of defective products.
6. Warranty and liability

- Hermozia's liability is limited to the amount of the order, except in cases of personal injury or fraud.
