It is a mobile and carefully curated perfume bar, where each guest can choose their favorite fragrance from a selection created by Hermozia.
It's not a standard gift, but a personal memento that connects with the time and place of the event.

How does it work?

Before the event, Hermozia selects a collection of perfumes that suits the style and size of the event.

During the event, we guided guests in choosing their fragrance.

Each perfume is filled on the spot and delivered in an elegant bottle with a personalized label.

Fragrance collections

You can choose one of the following collections:

• Popular & Modern – current and affordable fragrances
• Niche & Character – perfumes with personality and character
• Classics & Elegant – timeless and refined fragrances

Depending on the size of the event, guests can choose from:

• 12 perfumes (standard events, approx. 50–75 guests)
• 14 perfumes (larger events, approx. 75–100 guests)

Prices and formats

Preparation and start-up (mandatory): €375

Includes selection of perfumes, bottles, personalized labels and complete preparation.

Perfume experience (minimum 50 guests)
€24 per person – 50ml bottle of Eau de Parfum

For events with fewer than 50 guests, the price remains the same.

Large events (76–100 guests)
€19 per person

Bottle formats
30 ml → 10% discount
50 ml → standard format
100 ml → 20% supplement

Additional conditions

Prices do not include furniture, tables, decorative displays or venue styling.

Special requests such as premium glass bottles, custom caps, luxury packaging or bespoke presentation are not included in the standard price and are available upon request, subject to availability and additional costs.

All special wishes and customizations will be discussed and agreed in advance.

The Hermozia Perfume Bar is designed for events of approximately 50 to 100 guests .

To guarantee the quality of the experience, we always work with prior preparation and a limited number of perfumes per event.
